  • Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI):
Disruptions in brain function due to combat-related injuries or accidents.
  • Substance Use Disorders:
Struggles with addiction and dependence on substances as a coping mechanism.
  • Moral Injury & Survivor’s Guilt:
Emotional distress from experiences in combat or military service.
  • Family and Relationship Issues:
The stress of deployment, reintegration, and adjusting to post-service life.

Our Treatment Approaches

We use evidence-based therapies designed to help veterans and their families navigate trauma, emotional distress, and life transitions:

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

A structured, 12-session psychotherapy designed to help individuals evaluate and change distressing thoughts related to trauma. By modifying these thoughts, clients can shift how they feel.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

A goal-oriented therapy that focuses on changing unhelpful thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors to develop healthier coping strategies.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

An innovative therapy that helps process traumatic memories by using guided eye movements. EMDR helps reduce emotional distress and reframe past trauma without requiring in-depth verbal discussion.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

A powerful, rapid treatment that uses eye movements to reprogram how traumatic memories are stored in the brain. Many clients experience significant relief from PTSD, anxiety, and depression in just a few sessions.
